Who am I, and What do I do?
I am a Third Culture Kid (TCK) born in South Korea, raised in the Philippines, and called a different city home every few years. I am currently based in London, where I am recently finished my graduate studies and work as a research assistant at UCL’s Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose. I spent the past few years digging into the messy intersections of economics, technology, public institutions, and how we build (or fail to build) systems that actually work for people. I started my journey as an architect, which means I still see the world like a designer — always asking who’s being left out, what assumptions we’ve stopped questioning, and how we can create something better than what we inherited.
Today, I focus on researching the intersections of innovation policy, political economy, and sociology behind digital and sustainable transitions (twin transitions) through the lens of global prosperity
